We’re backed by top investors like a16z, moving fast, and hiring a Trust & Safety Lead to own our approach to user protection, policy design, and public credibility. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, community, and marketing, and represent Coverstar’s values externally as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Define and maintain our content moderation and safety policies
• Manage and scale moderation operations, tooling, and response systems
• Lead incident response for sensitive cases
• Be a credible external voice in interviews, panels, and safety conversations
• Stay ahead of evolving regulations (COPPA, KOSA, AADC) and ensure compliance

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 3–8 years in Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Youth Safety roles (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Roblox)
• Have written or managed T&S policies for youth or creator platforms
• Are comfortable speaking publicly (press, podcasts, events) about online safety
• Understand AI safety challenges (e.g., hallucinations, grooming, emotional dependency in LLMs)
• Can balance child protection with creative freedom — and build for both
